I am looking for words of wisdom (and experience) and advice on improving my
'99 performance.
Should I just get the K&N replacement filter (~$40) or purchase one of the
aftermarket Air Intake Performance Kit  (~$230)?

my '93 red has been offering up a little vavle noise when the engine
is first started or when it's idling. The oil's full. My friend tells
me that is probably won't be necessary to perform a valve job rather,
valve adjustment could fix the problem unless they are hydrolically

I plan on replacing it myself in the August-September time frame.
Probably with what is there, black vinyl, glass with defoster.
Any suggestions on where to purchase a replace top for my 1999?
Where to get installation for dummies instructions?

The stitching on the rear plastic window on my 97 rotted thru.  Both the

My Miata has developed an irritating leak that I can't find.  Its just above

I traded in my beloved 91 racing green se in last year on a yellow
mica 02 Miata.  It looks lovely.  But I've picked up some anomalies.
When I spoke to the dealership they couldn't find anything wrong--and
I do think they tried, they're a good bunch.  These are the problems.

Can someone point me to a website that has US model production numbers for
the various colors and years for NB's?  I'm shopping for a particular year
and color (2002 SE) of Miata, and I'm curious as to how much luck I'm going
to need to find one.
