I'm new to the group ( and to Miatas!) I have '93 which I unfortunately have to keep outside. So far it has been bone dry after rain, but my wife drove it with AC on for the first time yesterday, and ended up with about an inch of water on the passenger floor (after a 2 hr drive). ...

Last night I took the back roads coming home from a meeting and was reminded again why I bought a Miata and why I put up with a small trunk, seats that don't recline, and an airconditioner that barely works..... It was 70 degrees, the moon was almost full, the top was down, Clapton ...

Just had a mechanic put in a new set of Hawk brakepads on my 2000 and they squeal often and loud. The previous set of pads were the same (although installed by a different mechanic) and they harldy ever squealed. Any ideas?

I have a 1997 Miata STO. In cleaning the wheels yesterday I noticed that one of the wheel badges (Miata logo in the center of the wheel) was missing. How do I get a replacement?

I recently test drove the RX8, which I thought had a fantastic smooth tranmission and clutch feel. Unfortunetely, my dealership doesn't have Miata to test drive though, so I was hoping I could get a few opinions in choosing between the cars.

has anybody any experience with ordering parts, etc. from the U.S., as opposed to buying locally from a Canadian supplier, like Performance Plus ? just wondering what the Canada Customs hit is on auto parts if I order directly from the U.S.

My 92 Miata has developed a loud squeal at low RPMs, just above idle. It sounds like power stearing, only much louder. Car has 126000 miles on ot. It is so loud it is hard to isolate. It disappears completely when engine revs up and shows up at low rpm. Any ideas? I'm thinking ...

evening all I have a Mk 2.5 1,8Is and I just got through a pair of rear tyres in 21,000 mile ( the original Bridgestones ) I've replace them with a pair of Avons. can anyone tell me how long these are likely to last ?
