| Chirping noise coming from Transmission?? | 02 Jul 2004 08:36 GMT | 7 |
I've noticed a chirping sound coming from my car. It's a fast, constant chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp sort of thing. It's coming from below the car. If I'm sitting in it and have the door open I can hear it. If I put my foot on the clutch it goes away. The clutch doesn't

| Homemade shift boot | 02 Jul 2004 04:23 GMT | 4 |
I read of a guy who went down to the local fabric store, bought some leather and traced his vinyl shift boot to make a pattern. Sounds straight forward enough. Anyone else do this? How'd it turn out for you? This is for a 3. Momo makes a leather shift boot, but I don't care for ...

| Conical air filter | 01 Jul 2004 21:32 GMT | 1 |
I finally yanked the air cleaner from my Greddy turbo. It's a conical affair, and upon inspection I noted it consisted of nothing more than a dry gray foam filter, shaped to fill the filter cage and hollow inside. I'd like to replace it with something more effective (in
