I have replaced my fan belts each time getting a more expensive one hoping
for better quality. I am unable to keep them tight enough. Any ideas ?

Hi, all.  '91 Miata that had a clutch put in about 30K ago.  Yesterday and
today clutch seems to be slipping a bit and no power making it to the rear
wheels.  Tonight it got worse quickly.  I put it up on the ramps and lo and
behold, there's oil all over the tranny and the tunnel ...

With all the rain we have been having, it surprises me how
SUVs have to come to a complete stop in front of every puddle
that is obviously not more than 1 or 2 inches deep, and that
is not noticeable in a Miata at 15 mph or so.
