Protecting front and rear fenders in the city25 Oct 2004 19:05 GMT7
I'm going to have to park on the street in SF with my new Miata. Any
tricks or products for keeping the braile parkers from scratching the
heck out of the paint?
I've thought of a car bra, but I only really want it for parking and I

Anyone know the difference between red and blue cover 90-97 Haynes manuals?
I do NOT need to know how superior the Enthusiast's manual is.

Heater connections24 Oct 2004 21:26 GMT3
So I've decided to take out the dashboard out of the '90 to fix the heater
core since the carpet has to come out now that it's saturated. As usual, one
stupid thing is holding me up, so I shall ask any of you for help:
There are two wires that connect to the heater blower. This ...
dented frame rail - problem?24 Oct 2004 03:44 GMT1
I am helping a friend look for a used miata. We have found one, the
price is right for her, the only thing that I have noticed is that one
of the frame rails has been compressed, it looks like by either hitting
a rock or more likely by being jacked up by a scissor jack at the ...
NB top AND frame in an NA?23 Oct 2004 19:29 GMT15
I've been told that a complete top and frame assembly out of an NB will bolt
right into an NA. Has anyone here done this? Is it true or did you have to
modify the frame, car, both?

Another message from a possible buyer.23 Oct 2004 16:54 GMT14
Hi again.  I posted a message about a week ago titled "So I've got a
little over a year to think this one over."  I mentioned that in a
little more than a year I will be able to buy a Miata.  Thank you for
the replies and information.  I have spent a lot of time at Miata.net

WTB:  Replacement BBS 14" alloy wheel for 1991 Special Edition BRG Miata.19 Oct 2004 13:29 GMT1
These are BBS wire-wheel like similar to later years 'M' edition
wheels, but flat surfaced with gold color. I had a minor side-swipe
accident in the rain on a sharp curve and damaged the original rim.
Note: AAArims.com does not list them, but I have e-mailed them for
Lubricant questions... especially for the T-LSD19 Oct 2004 02:40 GMT3
Before someone says RTFM, let me just say..
I DID!
Okay, Just so I know the status of everything, I want to go ahead and change
the oil in the trans, and the rear end on my recently purchased 97 M model.
Irratic Oil Gauge18 Oct 2004 05:46 GMT8
My recently acquired 1990 MX5 oil gauge seems to have a mind of it's own!
Sometimes it's pinned right over, most times it bounces around from full
scale or some where in the middle it bounces up and down about 25% above and
below the centre mark. I'm not really worried but..... is ...
Radio Button spring action is gone18 Oct 2004 03:47 GMT1
My '99 Miata radio power/volume push button is not working as well as it
used to.
It feels like the spring that gives the button a distinct in/out feel when
you push it is broken.
