2002 Miata SE Paint Problems08 Nov 2004 19:48 GMT1
Good day,
I had such good luck with a question here before, I am back hoping for some
more help.
My 2002 Miata SE (blazing yellow mica) was bumped in a parking lot but shows
Wheel fitment08 Nov 2004 02:12 GMT1
Are all M1 OEM alloys interchangeable?  Can my 95 take 14" alloys from a 91
as well as 15" M-Edition wheels?  Thanks

Miata as a toad07 Nov 2004 22:07 GMT5
I am seriously considering towing my 1990 Miata (first owner, I've had it
since June '89) behind my motorhome.  I am fairly confident that no
modifications ( tranny lube pump, driveshaft disconnect) are required.  My
concern is with the odometer racking up mileage.  Is the speedo ...

Zippering a 2004 top06 Nov 2004 03:04 GMT10
When I'm running in the desert all day long across country, I often
like to run with the top up and the back window down. You can't run
topless all day or you turn crispy and I'm not usually a big fan of
AC.
How to adjust the Fuel/Air Mixture05 Nov 2004 02:20 GMT7
Does anyone have a reasonable fix, aside from purchasing the FM-ECU ?

R-12 Cost/Value04 Nov 2004 23:26 GMT7
This is more out of curiosity than anything else.  I just had a friend
purge and refill my AC on the 92 with R-12.  He has seven twenty pound
cannisters of the R-12 that he bought many years ago when they started
to phase it out.  I was thinking about trying to buy one from him ...
panhandling for carfax report04 Nov 2004 15:54 GMT7
I was hoping that someone could run a carfax report on a miata's VIN
that I am looking at. I was going to go ahead and subscribe if I find
any more to look at, but I am too much of a cheap bastard to pay $25.00
for 1 report.
need info on used miata04 Nov 2004 14:11 GMT14
I'm gonna buy a used miata, and thought I'd check here to see if anyone can
make a reccomendation on where the best bang for the buck is.
I don't know which model years have what, or which is better, etc.  I'm the
guy who always buys the (fill in the year) and then everybody says, ...
Drivers Side Window won't go down.03 Nov 2004 15:48 GMT4
2000 with power windows. The driver's side suddenly won't go down. The
passenger side works and there looks to be 1 fuse for both so my hopes
of a simple fix got dashed to pieces. So do I start with the switch or
rip the door apart first? Other things I can check? The switch doesn't
fixing slashed miata convertible top03 Nov 2004 07:09 GMT15
per an earlier post, the repair of a convertible top slashed by a radio
thief -- using elmer's stix-all adhesive, commonly available (like at
walgreen's for about $6.00 a tube) --  passed its first serious storm test
by holding-up very well. if this stuff works, and it seems to, ...
WTB: Alloys wheels for 199902 Nov 2004 12:50 GMT1
I need two OEM 15" alloy wheels for a 1999 Miata.  Found out two of mine are
bent and out of round.  Please e-mail if you have some for sale.  Thanks.
AT Overdrive02 Nov 2004 03:14 GMT1
Hello friends at rec.autos.makers.mazda.miata,
I have a '99 Miata automatic with overdrive.  I would like to know if it is
alright to shift in and out of OD manually instead of leaving it on all the
time.  If I leave OD on it seems to shift into OD too quickly.
Best wheel lug locks01 Nov 2004 21:32 GMT11
I imagine a custom lug lock would be best, but does anyone have a
recommendation?
