FS: 90b red16 Nov 2005 19:21 GMT3
I've decided it's time to replace my my 90b. While I was heavily tempted
to get the NC, I'm opting for an NB (mainly to keep costs down and I
like some of the NB styling over the NC).
The car is in the Las Vegas area and is sold as is/where is. The car is
Thermostat needle 16 Nov 2005 02:15 GMT7
Let me state my problem again with this.
Everyday I warm my car up for 5-15 minutes before driving.  After
approximately 2-5 minutes of driving the thermostat needle starts to
slowly drop down to cold, the car down shifts by itself and the engine
Clutch Chirp15 Nov 2005 23:37 GMT27
I have a 2002 Miata, 35,000 miles.  There's a constant chirp when my clutch
is all the way let out (my foot off it).  If I push in just barely, not
enough to really disengage anything, it stops.  The chirp occurs whether I'm
in or out gear.  I can hear it when I pass by a building ...

Basic Horsepower Upgrades15 Nov 2005 04:23 GMT56
I'm a rookie mazda owner.
I'd like to know if anyone has suggestions about how to increase the
horsepower via minor/inexpensive changes, such as exhaust or air
filters?
Google Earth - My miata from orbit14 Nov 2005 20:12 GMT3
I looked up my address on Google Earth and there was a satellite image
of my blue miata parked out front. The pictures look to be about a year
old or so in my area.
If you park outside, you might be able to see your vehicles. I could
Antenna question14 Nov 2005 01:09 GMT4
I use my stereo daily, but literally never listen to the radio, so I
took my non-power antenna mast off of the car. I noticed on another
miata that was missing its antenna that the antenna receiving threads
had become rusty.
2000 Miata - Check Engine Light13 Nov 2005 20:56 GMT13
Looking for advice on a recent problem ---
I have a 2000 Miate which started running horrible all of a sudden --
check engine light on steady and then flashing and then on steady
again.  Spoke to my mechanic's assistance and was told to drive it to
Passed inspection!12 Nov 2005 17:48 GMT6
My 1991 turbo miata passed the new emissions test in my area with flying
colors. I was worried there, but it is running cleaner than it needs to
for passing the test. I guess that the 3 inch catalytic converter is
doing it's job.
Speedometer / Odometer stopped working. Check engine / ABS lights on now12 Nov 2005 15:36 GMT1

Stuttering and check engine light12 Nov 2005 05:53 GMT18
I was driving my 2001 MX-5 (26K, Red) around with my wife looking at the
Fall colors.  The car had been stuck in the garage for close to a month as I
had a pallet of building supplies blocking it's egress.  Anyhow, got it out
an went for a nice drive.  About 1/2 hour into our drive ...

'91 Miata and head gasket. Is this an expensive job to replace? Also is it
advantageous to use a OEM Mazda part or should I consider an alternative
gasket?
Good News09 Nov 2005 22:23 GMT4
Good news.  Tonight Mom and I walked all the way around the block.
First time for Mom in ages.  She took her walking stick and she
only stopped twice go catch her breath.   We took a nice leisurely pace.
We also just ordered Dr Weil's new book on healthy aging .
took the NB plunge!09 Nov 2005 13:07 GMT3
Oh boy, I really did it! I found a low milage (39k) 1999 base model for the
right price and picked it up tonight! I'm rather excited but I'll try not to
blather on too much in this one post. This one has a Jackson Racing header
and a monster-flow intake (beautiful growl with the ...
