| Dashboard Parking Light Stays on | 25 Mar 2006 21:18 GMT | 5 |
Yesterday my MX-5 (UK 92K) started leaving the dashboard parking light on, when the handbrake is released. It started doing it after I used the handbrake at a set of traffic lights. Could someone tell me if this is a genuine indicator of a problem, or if it

| Ready To Buy Another | 24 Mar 2006 14:45 GMT | 16 |
Well, as of the first week of April, my 1991 Miata will be 15 years old. I can say that it has been the best vehicle I've ever owned with 123K on it the major repairs consisted of a clutch, a set of brakes, a battery, and a replacement rear window and zipper. Just routine ...

| Seat foam removal on M2 Miata? | 22 Mar 2006 02:35 GMT | 1 |
I have a 2003 Mazda Miata with cloth seats. No problem with the height, but I need about an extra inch/inch and a half of addt'l leg room. I have seen many internet posts relating to foam removal on Miata seats. Some instructions have been as simple as the following:

| Just bought one! | 21 Mar 2006 16:41 GMT | 3 |
A '94, looks like a "B" package (assuming us Aussies get the same models as the USA). Just under 100K, in good condition, apart from a craked radiator, missing spare, wrong battery & slightly faded nose. I lurked here for a while first, thanks for all the help guys, made ...

| radiator | 21 Mar 2006 00:57 GMT | 20 |
My radiator isn't gonna last too much longer. It's the original 12yr old radiator, and it's got little cracks in the top, plastic area. Anyone have advice on a reasonably priced replacement? It looks like you can get a generic for under $150, OEM for $175-$200, or

| Please help....2003 badge removal? | 20 Mar 2006 18:43 GMT | 3 |
I have a 2003 Miata. I want to replace the miata badge on the left hand side of the rear end of the vehicle with an OEM MX-5 badge. I have seen a few posts that pertain to badge removal, but they all refer to the prior body style Miata. I'm not sure if it is attached with clips/pins

| Protege to Miata engine swap? | 20 Mar 2006 05:43 GMT | 5 |
Can it be done? Has it been done? Any links? (From the pictures of the Protege engines for sale on eBay, it looks like it CAN be done, but you'd have to use a Miata intake manifold, as the Protege unit, being for an FWD car, takes in air from the wrong side.)

| Miata vs Z3? | 18 Mar 2006 01:37 GMT | 30 |
I am considering purchasing a new roadster and would like some opinions. Obviously there are not a lot of affordable roadsters out there. I have narrowed my choices down to 3 - a new Miata, a used Z3, or possibly a new Sky/Solstice. I have not been able to drive any of these ...

| 99 center console issue | 18 Mar 2006 01:31 GMT | 3 |
The first year of the NB they totally blew it on the center console design (they got allot right;-) the cup holder is worthless and you have to have the console open (in the way of the passenger) to use it. They also put the release so far back, you have to be a contortionist to ...
