| 01 MPV alternator | 30 May 2006 04:46 GMT | 2 |
We just bought a 01 MPV with 48k miles on it (Bought it Fri) Saturday, the car died in the driveway and wouldn't start (dead battery). The battery appeared to be newer, but I thought may be it is just a bad battery. I bought a new one put it in and started right up.

The current 2L MZR-LF has a 2.3l big brother, the MZR-L3. (Mazda 3's can come with either.) Would it be possible to fit an MZR-L3 out of a wrecked Mazda 3 into a 2006 Miata? Just wondering...

| 1 video is worth 1000 words - SUV rollover | 30 May 2006 02:24 GMT | 33 |
I remember a situation very similar to this in my Datsun 280Z. I was forced off the highway onto the median and came back onto the road at a bad angle, causing me to spin out once the tires hit pavement again. The difference is that my wheels stayed on the ground, the car didn't

I have a 1996 that I would like to replace the tires on. The tires I have on are still in good shape, but are very noisy, especially with the hardtop on. Can anyone out there suggest a brand that I can buy that can let me hear the radio while driving. I don't do any racing or heavy ...

| Fuel economy | 27 May 2006 14:10 GMT | 4 |
It's been a little warm so I've had the AC running a lot and driving almost entirely in traffic. I just filled up today and the gas mileage is 27mpg for this last tank. Does this seem normal for a '92 with the 1.6 engine? It seems maybe a bit low to me, I'm wondering if it's ...

| 91 Rear Window | 26 May 2006 01:16 GMT | 7 |
I purchased a used 91 four years ago. Had an almost new top at the time. Now, the zipper has pulled away from window panel, tearing the window panel. Local shop said they could re-sew the top, but likely to tear again. ( I think they are right)

| 2000 MPV LX Keyless? | 25 May 2006 20:58 GMT | 3 |
I am looking to purchase a 2000 MPV LX it seems like a good price but... The guy said there is no keyless entry. Didn't all the models from this year have keyless? If they didn't can't you still get a OEM key fob and just program it in (I would think the module is in the car).

| 94 1.8 rev limiter. | 24 May 2006 15:43 GMT | 25 |
Read in a few places that the 94 1.8 is limited at 7000RPM. Mine seems to spin a bit further than this, looks like 7200 on the tacho. Anyone confirm what it really is?

| WTB Link ECU for 1.6 w/ JRSC | 24 May 2006 03:09 GMT | 1 |
I've recently had a JRSC installed in my '92 1.6 Miata. The car runs pretty well but the dyno runs show that there is some leanness between 2.4K rpm and 4.8K rpm. Also, it goes very rich at 5.4K rpm. I would like to correct this and I hear that the Link ECU is the way to go.
