Replacing heater hose.23 May 2006 11:29 GMT5
Just had my 94 drop a heap of coolant on the ground :(.  Looks like the
problem is a short heater hose, running from the firewall, to the back of
the head, underneath the cam position sensor.  Problem I have is getting to
the head end clip.  I can see it, but barely touch it, ...
Shocks & Springs Recommendations23 May 2006 05:29 GMT3
After a little research and some good advice from this group, I ended
up buying the Goodyear Eagle F1 195/60x15 tires mounted on Kasei K1
Racing 15x7 Rims for my 90 Miata.  I am still in the break in period of
500 miles, then it will be fun time in the streets.

Mazda5 offers seating for six in unique car
Mazda, the Japanese auto manufacturer, has come up with what it is
calling a totally new type of vehicle, claiming that there's nothing
else like it in today's marketplace.
Outed on the 2006 model21 May 2006 18:26 GMT7
I made the mistake of sitting in a blue 2006 model today while picking
up an oil filter.
The evil saleperson asked if I wanted to take a test-drive.
I was out of there in a flash, in my own 16 year old car. (my only
Be careful when asking for directions - especially from cops21 May 2006 02:18 GMT7
They should have stuck with asking for directions at gas stations. At
least then they wouldn't have a jackboot thug throw them into a cage for
trying to find their way home.
The story is below. Check out the video, these look like a couple real
how to remove 2006 radio20 May 2006 15:01 GMT6
My daughter has a 2006 MX5.
She wants me to install the IPOD interface.
It appears that the Neo SP interface will need to plug into the back of
the radio but I cannot find instructs anywhere to accomplish this.
oh NOES!!!1! / the LISPmobile20 May 2006 03:57 GMT18
Hi Miataphiles!
The Sunday night before last I was taking a nice cruise to the grocery
store with the top down, on a quiet two-lane road under canopies of oak
trees, where the speed limit is 40 MPH.  I had just come over a little
Madza - lost of power when fuel tank below half16 May 2006 16:51 GMT2
I notice last summer something strange about my car.  I own a Mazda 626
Cronos 1994 4 cyl. auto.
When the gaz tank is half full or less and that I take a rapid turn ( like
a highway ramp at important speed ( above 60 km/h ) my RPM just fall down
97 M Edition16 May 2006 13:20 GMT5
Thanks for the feedback on the "What Now?" thread.  The garage is ready.
Found a 97 M edition with 55k miles, "excellent condition". Meeting with
owner today, hopefully.
Any thoughts on what I might want to look for, ask about, etc. would be
Air bag blink code 1015 May 2006 18:42 GMT5
I've got a 93, the air bag light blinks 10 times, which apparently means
"Faulty diagnostic module (System-down fuse burned)". This happened
after the battery died, so I imagine it could indeed be related to a
fuse. Question is - where is this fuse located? Is it discrete, or ...
Recall notice received15 May 2006 12:51 GMT17
Well, I finally got the recall notice for airbag.  Horn can come off
in extremely cold conditions, possibly injuring drivers that are not
prepared for having horns blasted in their faces with explosive force.
They sure took their time about it, too.  The worst cold is over already
Rear View Mirror15 May 2006 04:23 GMT1
Some time ago I asked if anyone knew how to tighten up a
loose rear view mirror.  It that sagged at the ball joint
between the mirror itself and the mounting stalk every time
I hit even a small bump.  I looked, but could find no way to
Clutch problems15 May 2006 03:24 GMT2
having some trouble with my clutch on a 1990 Miata.  Replaced the
slave cylinder and have bleed  the system multiple times.  Sometimes
the pedal is on the way to the floor and the clutch does not disengage
all the way.  There is not much play at the end part.  Am going to try
