Freeze Plugs30 Dec 2007 09:46 GMT3
Has anybody had to replace freeze plugs?
I just replaced the lower hoses in my '92 and was distressed to find the
leak is actually from the plug on the driver's side (NA) #1 cylinder.
   Advice would be appreciated.

This question is not for a Miata, but a 1992 Mazda B2200 truck
I am having fuel pump problems, with it working occasionally only.
I cut out a panel in the bed to get access to the pump ( EFI )
When I unplug the connector from the pump to the harness, I get 11.85V

'92 Miata, surging problem, 85,000 miles.22 Dec 2007 14:58 GMT12
I bought this car used 2 years ago.  It had been left out under a tree, and
the drain line from the fuel filler well was clogged.  Rain overflowed the
well and went into the gas tank.  The seller drained the tank, and got it
going.  I put some alcohol fuel treatment in it a ...
Synthetic Mazda 3?22 Dec 2007 08:37 GMT7
I just purchased a Mazda 3, it's a 2004 with 89k km on the clock. I
believe all previous oil changes were done with conventional, but I
know the characteristic differences between conventional and
synthetic, which makes me believe that in the long run synthetic is
Brake Pad suggestions18 Dec 2007 23:57 GMT7
I currently got EBC Greens on the front and rear of my 96.  The
problem is my car has got a bit too much front brake bias to my
liking.  I'm looking to experiment with different brake pad
combinations to add more rear bias but not too much, preferably
Water pump shot.  TB replacement?  $$?18 Dec 2007 15:33 GMT7
My '97 with 105K is leaking coolant from the front of the engine.
Looks to me it's probably the water pump and it probably needs to be
replaced.  Does this sound probable?  I looked on the Garage section
of Miata.net and found that replacing the pump also requires replacing

So this is my first original post (I think)...but it's important.
It's Christmas!
My father has a hardtop with a defroster (yes, we both have Miatas.
It's cool.) but no switch to activate it.  I thought it would be a

Here's where you and your Miata are!10 Dec 2007 01:34 GMT14
If ya'll knew how much fun I had seeing how wide reaching this group really
is well, you just wouldn't believe it. I can say that I'm still trying to
figure out why Miata folks tend to be so ......'special' (I won't elaborate
as some heads might inflate and foil my theory). I ...
Console Question08 Dec 2007 15:13 GMT2
I'm looking for an '01-'05 console to put in my '99.  I've only found a
few over the last several months, and they have all been tan in color. I
want a black one. My questions are:
Did they ever make this style of console in black?
