The engine/turbo/computer from the running Miata will probably be sold
as one unit, though I may part the power-train out as well.
I have removed many of the parts from the Silverstone with 128,000
miles, the parts from the red car will take longer, possibly the

The steering in my '91 (160K) is feeling sluggish when car is at idle.  No
noticeable when at 1000 RPM or higher.
Belt was old and thought that might have stretched.  Replaced belt.
Mechanic says it might be the power steering pump or it might be the

seeing that jy motors for a 95 are ~$900, (with kinda hi miles), here in
CT, i decided to have my motor reworked.  i was hoping to get it to the
shop this afternoon, but I forget how to extracted the lower timing
gear.  the manual does not elaberate beyond "disassemble in order

I have been off list for a bit cause the 95 M-ED w/ jr/sc has been in a
coma.  so I want to replace the motor and want to know what motors would
be a direct fit with minimal conversion.  maybe other motors which will
fit with a bit more work...i am trying not to speand the money ...

I visited my 1992 Miata yesterday at the shop, it's original paint is
almost completely removed and most of the prep work is done so it can
be painted today.  They didn't plan to strip the car but when they
tried to sand it, huge chunks of paint flaked off revealing no primer

I replaced a split brake line on a 1994 Camry over the weekend. Looking
at the set makes me glad to see that my stainless, (non-loosening for
over 4 years now), brake lines are not necessarily just for a cosmetic
effect.

As you may recall, I had a horrendous rattle in my '96 exhaust system and,
based on the stainless-steelness of the existing Flying Miata catback and a
little judicious malleting, decided the cat was the culprit. Since the
dealer wanted $500+ for a replacement cat, I got good advice ...
