Installing a thermostat.  Does anyone know where the small hole in the

I'm about to purchase a Mazda 3 but a friend who has one has told me his
car has had the engine mounts replaced several times already. He's
dissapointed at this and doesn't recommend it to me for this reason.
BTW, he has the automatic transmission. Does anyone know if Mazda is

New owner of Mazda 6 here.
The jack for wheel changing is hidden in a pocket down the side of the boot.
When I try to remove it, it seems to be locked in place somehow!

We just completed an engine swap (1.8l four, auto, EFI) in my buddy's
'93 Protege, and while the new engine (well, used, from a wrecker) fired
right up and seems to run smoothly, there are some bad noises.  One is a

Does anyone know how to silence the door chime on the mazda protege 2000 ?
I tried removing the fuses but that didnt' work.  Any other ideas ?

I just bought a 2005 Mazda3.  my factory-installed radio has the "SAT"
button on the dash and apparently all I need is a couple of parts that
hook up behind the head unit and, bang, after I start paying

It now has 195K miles on it and needs a new clutch.  Uses a
lot of oil too.  Normaly I would write off the car as all
