I just recently acquired a beautiful 1993 300E (2.8) with only 81,000 miles on it. I am experiencing a problem: On some occassions, the car would crank but would not start. I would wait a few minutes, perhaps trying to crank it a few more times, and then it would ultimately ...

I have a '79 300SD Turbodiesel. I've been toying with the idea of running the car on Biodiesel, which is renewable, clean burning, not carcinogenic, etc. (see www.biodiesel.org). Apparently, the only issue with using Biodiesel according to the NBB (National Biodiesel Board) is that ...

| How much did your last traffic ticket cost you? | 26 Aug 2003 02:51 GMT | 13 |
If you get fined for a traffic violation, what does it cost? Obviously there's the fine itself. If you had to leave work to go to court, add the price of your lost time and wages. Don't forget to include your increased insurance premiums, which will probably add up, over several ...

My 1987 300D turbodiesel won't shut off all of a sudden. It keeps running after I turn the key off, although it runs rough, like it's trying to shut off, but keeps dieseling. The windows and door locks all work OK, so I don't think I have a vacuum leak. What could be the problem? ...
