Once upon a time, the fuel pump relay fuse burned out on tha old 1992 400E and
that left me by the side of the road waiting for the tow truck. MB help line
suggested that it was quicker for the tow to the city an hour away than for

I am wondering what would you do to unlock the 'dead Mercedes' when the
battery drains down. Or when the remotes or transponders malfunction or
are drained. I've seen lot of current models without the keyhole on the
doors and are opened with remote or transponder.

I was taking the plastic fan off and one alen bolt is stripped at the head
of the bolt.  Any idea how to get the last bolt off?  Thanks

A while ago I was asking for help from this ng with a problem of noise in my
1991 300E.  It started last October, and would come and go.  It stopped
making the noise 3 times on my way to the shop.  Once in the driveway of the
dealership!

Take delivery in about a wek. Original 145k fair to good condition and
inspected. Private party. Can anyone tell me what I should be on the look out

After replacement of brake lines, I tried to bleed the system but after some
pumps on the brake pedal, at rear caliper starts to come out only air
regardless how long I pump.
Finally, I found that the problem seems to be in the master cylinder (made

1995 c280 with 65K. Last week the windshield wiper died a fitful death. When
I turn the switch I hear a nasty buzzing, but that's it. Is this a bad, time
consuming repair (the right headlight wiper appears to suffer from the same
malady but I am assuming its unrelated)

anyone know if I can replace it (or maybe the full set) with any 16"
hubcap?  There are some nice ones out there, but would love to know

My new (04) E320 is beginning to develop some rust on the stainless steel
