Has anybody thought of an ingenious way to repair the tops of 190 doors
where the MB tex separates from the pressboard.
I have 3 of these (84, 87 and 93) and they all have the same problem.
Apparently the MB tex shrinks and pulls the top edge loose where it goes

Car was manufactured in 7/99. Does any one know if the car is pre
wired for a optical out CD changer and if yes, would it take a changer

I have a light blue metallic 1984 380 SL the paint code is 930.  Does anyone
know what the name of this color was for 1984?  I believe it is essentially the
same as "Diamond Blue" but that color carries a different paint code for the
86-89  560 series [355] I think.

my hood pad is breaking apart and splits every time I open the hood. But how
important is its existence?  Do I really need to put on a new one?
Other brand don't have hood pad at all.

I just had a oil changed on my '00 ML320.  Can anyone tell me or help to
find where to download or get instruction for resetting oil service

Cannot unlock the driver's seat backrest (dossier) to access the back
compartment.  Passenger side is OK
The handle operates fine, has the same spring feel it always had.
Tried as hard I could to have it unlock with arm pressure, but to no avail.
