This was covered a little in a previous thread however, I'm still looking

My '81 240D has a right rear wheel which does not track behind the front
wheel. It actually points about 2 degrees to the right. Tiger had given me

I have a son who is going to the University of Kentucky and the AC

went, and of course now the car's immobile.  the mechanic he'd gone ...

Hi, I am driving a 1993 190e 2.6v mercedes and am having trouble turning
the key. I moved the steering wheel and it still won't budge.  Is the

300D 124 Body paint tips19 Sep 2004 23:06 GMT5
Again: Want to paint the car but don't know whether or not to take moldings
off or mask them.    The roof rails? Do they just pop off clips? and they
appear to be made of metal and go down each side of the windshield.  Should
I leave them alone?  I ordinarily like to remove as much ...

Mercedes S420, auto lock, trunk assist and proximity antennas stopped working19 Sep 2004 17:46 GMT2
I have a 1995 S420 and all of a sudden yesterday several things
stopped working all at the same time, which made me beleive that it is
a fuse or a relay of some sort.  Checked the fuse, and actually the
items that stopped working are on one fuse.  It is fuse no. 3 located

Does anyone know where to buy Pagid / Textar / Jurid or other MB pads and
rotors in Eastern Canada?
There is always the dealer, but seems that there must be retail aftermarket
stocking dealers in a city like Montreal or Toronto?
Oil Cooler Question19 Sep 2004 01:27 GMT6
In models that have an oil cooler but have no fan associated with it,
will the engine run significantly hotter without it?  It seems like it
would be most effective in wind (such as on the highway); but, in
traffic, where engines are subject to overheating the most, it
1980 240D - Window motor internal fuse?18 Sep 2004 20:30 GMT5
I have removed the window motor from the right front door.  Using a
continuity meter between the two wire leads, there is an obvious open
circuit.  The motor winding, commutator, and brushes are fine; they show
continuity.  There is a black, rectangular object inside the motor ...
