managed to get every thing loose
ash tray out along with the radio.
WHERE is the ONE bolt that holds down the back end of it < the rear AC

One of my co-worker told me yesterday that she has seen something about
sudden acceleration problem with what she thought was MB E300 series on the
last 20/20 tv show.
I checked the 20/20 site for more info and nothing.

Does anyone have any advice on where to get a good aux water pump for a
1980 300SD?  This is the little electric booster pump that sits next to
the climate control servo.
I've been through 3 of them from Adsit Company and they are pure crap.

2000 E-class with the automatic cliamte control option - unless I use
the demist screen button (which turns he heat up to HI and fan to full
blast), the windscreen and side side windows mist up. I had to keep

Purchased a 1966 250s that was sitting for 10 years.  Somewhat dismantled.
I cleaned up the engine, prepped it, ran fuel from a fresh tank of gas, and

I just returned home from a cross country drive in my new old '91 560SEL
with 166K miles.
I've been driving W126's since I was reintroduced to M-B sedans 4 years ago.

I was looking at a '90 300CE at Autotrader but whenever I enter the VIN
into a title check service I get an invalid VIN message.  According to
Benzworld it's a valid number and was built in '90 at the Sindlefingen
plant.  So what does this mean other than to maybe stay the hell away ...

The service man at Mercedes said there is recall for the brakes on this
model. Is there anyone who can confirm this and anyone have problems with
the brakes on this model. thanks Bruce

I've got about 26,000 miles on my 2002 S500.
I'm getting a slight squeaking sound in the front brakes when I brake
for a stop sign at a slow speed.
Should I be needing brake pads or other brake work this soon?

the canadian version of the 190E has daylight running lights that come on
automatically.  I don't believe the US version has this.  I would like to
disable this 'feature' by pulling the relay so as to keep the normal
headlight switch operating.  I think this 'add-on' relay for the ...

Hi, my E320 CDi was lst serviced about 1,000 miles ago and this was 12
months ago - I just bought the car this week. The on-board system says
it is due for a service in somethink like 11,000 miles. Should one just
rely on this or is there an annual oil change etc anyway? 46,000 ...
