I have one Mercedes 124, Model 200 which have a cold starting problem... we
fixed whatever we can but the problem is still there, so we decided to
OVERHAUL the carburetor, (the carburetor is STORMBERG TYPE). Now after
overhauling the CARB.... The car won't start! ANY ONE PLEASE ...

I am getting a hard brake pedal...Its so bad that I push with (both
feet) as hard as I can and it will move down slowly.  I have replaced
the calipers and there is fluid coming out at the caliper bleed screws

I have a 1998 C230.  I see all kinds of "W"xxx numbers designated for the
different models.  How does one know what code number a car is?

Looks "as new" but lets all and sundry know it has
done 125K whenever the doors are opened,

The windows appear to have an extremely tight fit in the upper window frame
which is noticable when closing both doors. Resynchronization in accordance
with the instructions in the owner's manual appears to have no effect.

Tryed sending this earlier but did not seem to get through so will have

Recently hired a Mercedes mpv for a holiday in Cornwall.  Seemed like a
good all rounder so considering purchasing one.

My 2000, ML 270  class has a leak in the passenger footwell. For some reason
I think it might be due to the sunroof's drainage system - but that's  just

I understand (e.g. from this site) that timing chains can last a long
time on M103's. However, since I am not the original owner of my car
(1991 W126 300SE), and to be on the safe side, I decided to have the
timing chain changed at its current 127,500 miles.
