Can you recomend a online service-manual?25 Jan 2005 04:45 GMT2
I just bought a 1967 250s and it won't stay running.
While searching for a factory manual I ran across some "on-line" tech
manual subscribtion services.
Does anyone use these services and can you recommend a good one?
Drivers Side25 Jan 2005 01:04 GMT1
As an interested, and rare contributor to this news group, it would help if a message is posted using the "drivers side" as an identifying item the person identifies which side - Rt or Lt.
It can cause confusion for those us who drive from the right side (Australia)

Anyone had experience replacing leaking vacuum door actuators on an '81 240D

"rebuildable" type. Have access to a salvage vehicle and wondering if it's
worth the effort to replace with used rather than ...

with the instructions in the owner's manual appears to have no effect.
The manual also states that " When opening a door the window ...

My 2000, ML 270  class has a leak in the passenger footwell. For some reason

a hunch. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Alan, London.
Timing chain guides/rails - Exterior temperature gauges23 Jan 2005 15:53 GMT2

time on M103's. However, since I am not the original owner of my car
(1991 W126 300SE), and to be on the safe side, I decided to have the
timing chain changed at its current 127,500 miles.
