| Water in 280e | 08 Jan 2005 21:22 GMT | 1 |
Just seen a nice 1985 280e for sale. The only problem I can find is a v damp front passenger carpet. I've read a few problems where the sunroof drains and various other causes are cited. How serious a problem is it to fix? If I put a bit of time and money in is it fixable?

I've got a 1988 300TE auto 12v which, until it's fully warmed up, has lots of revs but very little actual power. It also jumps a lot when cold. Any ideas? I think the problem may have also caused the snapped driveshaft I had a couple of weeks ago.
