I have a Mercedes C180 and I want to install a rain sensor for the sunroof, as I forgot to close it the other day and the car got all wet inside. Does anyone know where can I buy one?

Just learned that our newly "rebuilt" 2.4 Mercedes sailboat auxiliary (240D in the land version) is hosed. Anyone have any suggestions for a remanned short block? I found a couple of venders on the web but would really like the forums feedback. Thanks, JAB

I can't find the Idle Adjustment Screw on my 1988 MBZ 560 SEC; All the throttle bars are properly adjusted and not pulling the throttle open. Where is the adjustment for idle speed? Thank you in advance to any postings!

sorry to bother you again: my idle used to be too high (1000 in N, 800 in gear), but from one day to another it dropped to 800 in N and 600 in gear (without having done anything)...!!

Hi - I have a CLK with a Sony Ericsson K700i and all works fine except that for some reason all phone book entries have "/M" appended to each name. So, for example, dialling home displays "Home/M". Any reason? Can I switch this off somehow?

In picking up my recently purchased and serviced'92 300TE (132,000) from the local merc mechanic, he informed me that my Idle Control Valve had been rewired. Someone had taken the two "double plug" wires, wrapped them together and installed them on one post of the ICV.

Did an automatic tranny fluid and filter change on an '82 300D. Owners manual says it should take 6.5 quarts for a fluid change. I drain the tranny and pull the pan - but all that comes out is about a gallon of ATF.
