My BAS light on my dash.  Last week I had my brake switch replaced ?   Whats

replaced it.  Still reads fault after a new one when in.   Now the BAS

Changing Battery in Key/Remote?04 Jul 2005 21:35 GMT4
How does one change the battery in the infrared key/remote for the 1999 and
newer Mercedes?  I cannot see how to disassemble the key.  I am guessing

A/C03 Jul 2005 20:57 GMT1
Greetings all,
I do not understand how the a/c works on my 89' 560 SEL. The defrosters come
on anytime I want regular a/c. Also, is there something on the dash that
closes the outside air to get "max a/c"?

times. Today, the the blower won't work at all. I think I may have blown
the fan motor -- what would have caused the fuse to keep burning ...

My mechanic put new break pads on my 300E ’89 about 8k miles ago.  It
still squaks to this day.  He says it is due to some new compounds
they put in the pads these days, someone else said it is due to cheap
break pads.
