Is there a child lock so the other doors will not unlock when the driver's door is opened from the inside? All of the locks go down when I lock it with the key on the driver's side but none of them unlock when I use the key to unlock the driver's door, not even the gas tank or trunk ...

#1 Plug wires I'm going to perform a basic tune-up. Plugs & wires. Picked up a Bosch Platinum 2 set. Now looking @ wires. I guess the price is so high because of the integrated coils.

Love my car but tired of every time the battery is disconnected the radio locks out and needs to be unlocked by dealer. Also speakers sound has deteriorated. CD player no longer works so I think it is about time to replace radio with a Am/Fm CD capable one. Any one have ...

I am wondering what the best procedure is for testing the ball joints on the my 1986 201? When I go over a bump and the chassis is moving upward I hear a slight clunk. Also, how much should an independent garage charge me to replace these

The car in question is a 1985 380SE. Since it recommends 87 and I use 93 octane, my race car building friend tells me if I should be able to advance the timing 2 or 3 degrees without pinging, and if I do so I will get a better hole shot and sacrifice nothing at the top end. He

My friend has got a new c class coupe. She has a small dog which she leaves in the car for short periods. She can lock the car using the key, which doesn't activate the alarm....but it doesn't lock the trunk ( boot in uk ) . The trunk/boot has no keyhole.

Hi My vito 112 will not start??? was driving along towing caravan and stopped for a breather, got in and tried to start the van with no luck???? possibly noticed slight loss of power befor this?? eg had to change gear more often

After changing plugs I was screwing in one of the hex-head bolts that holds down the cover. Just hand-tightened. Nothing too tight -- just snug. But one went "snap". Boo hoo. :(
