I have a 1984 Turbo 300D. Battery light did not come on with ignition. Alternator was not charging. Did some research here on Google Groups, and first checked the charging indicator bulb behind the instrument panel. It was fine. The belt was fine. The battery would take a charge.

Trying to pin down a vacuum leak on an 82 380 SEL and could use some help. Using the Miti-vac, I can see most of the system holds vacuum pretty well. I pulled the 4 way tee off the Intake Manifold and pulled 20 hg and it held pretty good...a very sloooowww leak, but not enough I

A previous owner mounted DVD-screens in the back of the front headrests. I´m puttin the DVD equipment in my other car, so what about the holes in the headrests, is it the same headrests as in a ordinary C-class so I can buy them at any scrapyard? The CLK is a 2001.
