A few weeks ago, I had an alternator belt fail on my 616 diesel 240D. I replaced the belt, but now the alternator light stays on at idle and, albeit faintly at cruise. At first it would go out at normal highway cruise RPM. I have checked the belt for tension, and it seems to be OK,

I am not very satisfied with the quality of this ML320 2002. Lots of noise. Fixed couple of issues couple of times. Dealer could not fix the jerking issue yet. Does anybody share the same experience with their Mercedes.

well, I'm not imagining this. My '93 190E has gotten very sensitive to the throttle position. Push a little bit and it takes off like a jack rabbit and when letting go of the pedal the car slows down so quickly it makes one jerk forward ...... I have no idea.... any ...

Got me a '93 190E 2.6 with close to 200K miles and would like to replace the oil pan gasket. QUESTION???? can I just unscrew all pan bolts and slide out the pan freely???? without any interference from the frame cross member/ internal oil sump pump????????

They have gone to hell :( I need cable from computer socket to 3 high voltage adapters on 1, 3 and 6th cylinder. Spark cables are OK. My car works on 2 cyl - its sounds like V8 LOL.
