I just recently purchased a very nice MB, body, interior, and engine
(supposedly) in excellent shape.  Here is my dilemma, when I purchased
it, (at auction) it was stated that it would just need a little TLC

noise. Fixed couple of issues couple of times. Dealer could not fix the

well, I'm not imagining this.  My '93 190E has gotten very sensitive to the
throttle position.  Push a little bit and it takes off like a jack rabbit and
when letting go of the pedal the car slows down so quickly it makes one        
jerk forward ...... I have no idea....  any ...

  Got me a '93 190E 2.6 with close to 200K miles and would like to
replace the oil pan gasket. QUESTION???? can I just unscrew all pan
bolts and slide out the pan freely???? without any interference from
the frame cross member/ internal oil sump pump????????
