95 SL320. I noticed that the rivets that are used to fasten the regulator
are larger than what the standard rivet pliers can accomodate. Do I need to

Ignition and fuel pressure seems OK (strong spark and specified flow
through pressure regulator), Voltage inputs to ECU are also OK.
