What was the longest engine offered in the smaller Heckflosse chassis?
I'm thinking early 60s.
I want tailfins and a later OM, probably a 617, as I have a good one.

1. Engine does not want to turn off. Usually will turn off if you gun the
engine right before turning the key.However, I just replaced the brake
pads and now I find after a quick test drive that I have a hard pedal and

I have a 1997 S420 with a blown blower motor. I got a new assembly on
ebay really cheap. I would like to know where it is located. I think
its underneath alot of stuff. I know there is the plastic cover over
the carbin filter that is like 3 feet wide. Can I get some help on the

Having trouble maintaining heat.  The vacuum control relay, whatever it is,
clicks rapidly when in this stae.  It's located under the glove box with the

replace the head gasket (excessive blue smoke, carbon build up on #1 cyl

    I have this 83 300SD engine with its repsective automatic transmission.
 If I were to remove the lower oil pan, does it have to come out
straight down or it can be backed up some before going down?
