I'm thinking of buying a 300CD (4 cylinder) that won't shift out of first. Is this just a matter of tightening the belts and changing the fluid? If not am I better off getting the original tranny rebuilt? I know that buying a used one is risky but if I could get one for a few

my car quit running body is in very good condition interior also. the engine is a mess.my question is would it be worth fixing. or is there anyone in the king county,wa. area that might want this to try and fix or use for parts????

Is their anything I can do to flush out the Heatewr Matrix in a UK 190E I Have used Rad Flush for three days then flushed out the system with a hose and the water initially came out brown but soon changed to clear and appears to come out just as quick as going in

I'm looking at a few 1992 400E's and I'm really liking them. My friend has a 300TE wagon and it's extremely nice, I'm wondering if the sedan more powerful version is also good? I have heard a lot of really good things about the 400E but what are the negatives?
