Anyone from the UK here with any knowledge of what is termed a parallel import? (not to be confused with a 'grey' import). I've been looking at a 2004 CLK 240 with only 1600 miles, which is so described.

Has anyone changed a steering rack on a m class. I have been told mine is worn and needs replacing (97k miles) Mercedes want £1400 for a new rack (mine is LHD) so I thought of saving on labour and doing it myself .Any info would be handy and any cheaper suppliers than mercedes. ...

Does anyone know where I can find installation information for a C230? I want to replace speakers, and am looking for details in taking apart the interior (door panels trim ect.). I plan on using a JL audio cleansweep to allow me to power an aftermarket amp.

1987 190e. Drivers door stuck fully open because of binding in arm which holds door in full or mid open position. Anyone else had this problem? Do I need to take door apart to fix? Thanks

I have a 1990 e 300 and the pass side seat was working ,my son ran it all the way to the rears and now it wont go back forward it still bumps to the rear but nothing when you push button forward any sugestions will be very thanfull

I have an '82 300SD with about 90,000 miles. The transmission sometimes slips between gears with a slight rpm surge. Also, when I put it in gear (especially into reverse) I sometimes get a 3-7 sec. delay before gear engages.
