Here is the deal....  I had a bad compressor in my 300D (old one
leaked, but still worked), so I changed it.  Now, it does not engage.
I have checked/changed/bypassed the low pressure switch, fuse (blower
motor is on the same circuit and operates), changed the push button

   Yesterday, I noticed that everytime I put my foot on the brake a light
comes on. I'm taking the car to the garage, but I would like to have an
idea of what could be, before doing that, because I'm a woman and I don't
have much knowledge about cars.

the newer models, mine is a 2005 C240 AWD, require a fleece oil filter rather than the standard paper variety. I have googled for more information to little avail. Do any of you know of an aftermarket supplier of this type filter, other than OME? thanks...

Putting engine out of my 81 300D into my 83 300sd .....
Have a pressure ? sensor on 300sd engine and wondering what it is running.
Pretty well figured out the linkage and other differences between the
engines.

I've got a 1991 1.8 190e auto - the fuel consumption has gone through the
roof. Have changed plugs, airfilter, leads and distributor cap to no avail.
Thre are no apprent leaks anywhere
Anyone got any bright ideas??!
