I have a mercedes 190e ( 1992 ) manual saloon. It starts at very high revs
for approx 10seconds
Then the engine dies, a mechanic friend has looked at the problem but cannot
find the fault. He thinks it is an electrical problem.

I've got a '96 W202 C280 with a broken front passenger window and would
like to replace it myself. Does anyone know how to remoe the interior
panel, so that I can reach the glass and replace it?

I've read that in the past 3 years Mercedes reliability has been on the
decline (Chrysler influence?) and that ones car may spend as much time
in the shop as on the road. If true, what are the most common problems,
engine, electrical system, what?

On the 2002 E-320 there are 2 latches on either side in addition to the
one in the center.  Our driver side latch doesn't always seem to catch
for some reason unless you press very HARD on that side.
Anyone know a way to adjust that? It seems pretty solid with no adjustment.

My father has a 1993 190E 2.3 and when shifting from 1 to 2 it engages like you are going full throttle all the time. We changed the trans fluid and put a new computer in it, what else can we do
