(*&^(&*^%#$$%#^ .... I can not get my rotor off the hub.  I've tried heat
and pounding as well as a bearing puller.....  I'm sure many of you had
similar rusted on rotors (there is nothing holding it once the calipers are
off) what turned out to work best?  more heat or more ...

My AC is not working.  I tried to charge it but it will not take the
R134.  It did last year.  I have a slow leak.

I just had an A Service and noticed the RO had 5W-40 oil listed, a
change from the old 0W-40 from past (both Mobil 1).
My dealer informed me that MB sent a bulletin to all dealers advising
the use of Mobil 1 5W-40 now.

When lowering the temerature in the climate control, I don't get much cold air.
Do I needed re-gasing?, or do I actutally have to switch the aircon on?

The Check Engine light on my 95 E320 is on.
When I check the codes (# flashes), I get 3 codes:  4, 5 and 7.
Does anybody know where I can find a list of what the codes are for
this model?

I just received a transmission from asap motors for my 85 190d.
Specified a diesel but of course, when it arrives instead of 722.403 I
get 722.400.

I understand correctly, sensors sense 'lock' up and release brakes.... what
exactly makes the sensors realize that the car has or is about to stop and
the wheels are not simply locking up.... what am I ...

I am going to buy a 1981 300cd and I cant find any thing out about
them(hp,mpg,SOHC or DOHC) and I found someone that said only 335 of
these cars were made that year so its not so suprising that i cant find
any info..

I have a E300D Turbo and just replaced the AC Compressor and then noticed
the engine coolant blower does'nt come on.
I have changed the refrigerant pressure and temperature sensors and still
the blower fan does'nt come on.

Got an '82 300D.  After its been run, should it idle for a minute or two
to allow the turbo to spin down before shutting off the motor?
