I have an 83 300SD that has a vacuum problem. It shifts harshly and jerks alot when I mash the pedal. The problem seems to do better when the engine is warmed up, so I was wondering if anyone knew what part could be the problem without having to do

| Replacing tire(s) on ML320 | 03 Oct 2006 09:00 GMT | 8 |
I had a flat tire on the front passenger side tire on my ML320. My wife didn't know about it and started driving, not realizing the tire was flat, and a few minutes later came back and told me about it. I'm not sure how far she drove on a flat tire (never a good thing to do). ...

| Newer MB diesels versus the glorious 123? | 01 Oct 2006 15:57 GMT | 15 |
I just finished restoring a 123 for a friend, and was impressed with the engineering.(Once you get the vacuum system working, it seems like a better idea than while trouble shooting it.) My wife is not keen on the idea of driving a car that old even though they have a reputation

| Star located in center of alloy wheels | 01 Oct 2006 09:30 GMT | 1 |
I noticed that the star located on the center of one of my alloy wheels is missing. I have a 1964 230 SL, but from what I have read, these alloys are probably made for a 1969 280 SL. Is anyone aware of where I could find this part?
