Hello NG: I've done brakes on previous owned cars and now it time on
our MB. I don't have a repair manual. Questions: Is it an absolute yes
to turn the rotors whenever new brakes are put on? Should the sensor
probes be replaced even if they seem to be working OK.? Any thing

It seems from browsing the group that if I want to get a diesel wagon, I
want to get a 300TD from 1987 or earlier, to make sure I get iron heads
on the engine.

Is there something that can get worse over time with the use of injection
cleaner. My machanic said the problem was probably the injectors, he said
use sea foam every tank till it stops, I have used many cans and my
problem is getting worse not better. Starts great hot or cold, runs ...

How about a code reader for pre OBDII  Mercedes, or a PC interface, any info
will do.

1973 450 sl If I unplug the cold start and it doesnt start does that mean
it is working? Same problem. Starts fine warm or cold. Runs fine till
warmed up, then fouls the plugs and runs bad.

My car has been running bad, when I unplug the injectors(electronic) there
are a couple that dont change the idol, I guess this means they are
pluged? If so how do I clean them?

I have a great MB that has just started giving random starting problems.

I have a mercedes 190E 2.0L Auto (1990 model) which was runnning
beautifully until it refused to start 4 weeks ago with absolutely no
previous symptoms.  the car did not even try to start i.e not even a
cough or splutter. At first I cheked the usual suspects:

I have an s320 (2000) and the light on the economy button for the A/C stays
permanently on even when pressed.  However, the system does seem to blow
cold air.  Is there any way to check to see if the AC is actually on. Any
ideas?

1984 300D Turbo fuel leak near tank. I have purchased the two sections
of line (different sizes), but it's tricky to access (up above
