My 99 E 320 leaked some kind of dark fluid from within the driver side

Can anyone give me a step by step removal of the rear and dash speakers
for a 1993 190e 2.3? I can get the grills off the rear but haven't been
able to figure out how to remove the speakers from there. I havent
