i just got a new stero installed in my car(1993 300E 2.8) i got new
everything for the stero. i took it to this place that my friend new

I own a 1983 sec 380.  It starts fine with the first start of the day.
After that, it could take 4 or five time before it starts.  The car
runs fine and very smooth most of the time.  Sometimes upon the car
idles very rough until you start to move.  It’s fine on the highway.

Any good diesel mechanics around me?  Or MB Diesel clubs or owners?  I
am going to need someone to help me take care my baby as I am still
learning the ropes, I want her to run forever!

500 SEC with automatic seat belt "dispenser" arm.
The passenger side arm is going all wacko on me.  It comes out when the door
opens and then doesn't go back, making it hard to get in and out.  Then when
the door is shut it stays retracted.  Basically, it's doing everything right

I have a 1999 C220 CDI estate Sport that has 3 problems I cannot get
to to the bottom of. The heater booster and heated rear window and
horn will not function. The light on the rear window heater lights up
but a continuity check at the back screen shows no voltage is getting

have noticed a large drop (maybe 20% or more) in diesel fuel economy
after 1st year.  Not my imagination.  was getting over 30 around town

I’m hoping you can help me out since I’m not sure whats going on with
my 2001 C240. I have not drove my car in the past 6 weeks and was

There's oil leaking around the 'vent' in the top of the valve cover that
has a hose leading to the air cleaner.  Is there any way that I can stop

I am currently having problems with my 1985 300sd it seem that after i
start the car the altenator does’nt start charging the battery right
away like there is a relay not working properly i notice at night that
the lights stay dim for a long time then suddenly they turn bright

89 300TE - car runs great when it starts, checked alternator is working great,
for some reason when the car sitts for several hours it won't start , hook a
battery up to it and it jumps to life right away. has a new battery and this
problem still persists.  don't know what else to ...

Does anyone know how I can avoid paying £800 for the pipe/cat of my
190D 2.5. The car is only worth about £700!!! There appears to be no

My mechanic says an E320 with 100K is scheduled for transmission
servce according to Mercedes.  However, I have heard people say don't
service it.  They say the service can cause problems for Mercedes
sealed transmissions.  Any thoughts or experience on 100K transmission

is on passenger side front, but can’t find the 300SDL plug.  I just
changed the glow plugs, but have problem with relay.  Until I can get
