My '89 300E of course has a leak in the evaporator, sniffer notices R12
coming out of vents, and there are probably some other leaks as well.  I
plan to convert to 134a.  First I want to see how bad the evaporator leak is

300TE. I repaired the rubber hoses to and from the idle speed motor (may not

I have a new C180 Avantgarde Kompressor and there is a noise coming from the
roof mounted controls (where the courtesy light switches are)  this noise is
constant even with the keys out of the ignition!!!. it sounds like a fan
running!

Title says it all. Battery went bad and was replaced. I was rev'ing it and
found the miss. Don't know if it was there before. It doesn't seem to affect
driving. Any ideas?
