Just thought I would share this. The upper seal (where the box
connects to the steering wheel shaft) had leaked. I had purchased a
seal kit for about $80. At the weekend I decided to go for it. It
turned out to be a pleasure to work on this.

Formula 1 you'll know this kid.
For those of you that don't, this is the most talented racing driver I've
ever seen since Senna, and I've been a Formula 1 fan since the mid 70's.

My 1987 300E air conditioning blows very strongly from the two side
vents with only a feeble amount of air drifting out of the twin center
vents, hardly enough to even feel.  The manual roller on the outside
works fine to open and close the shutters.

I've just gotten myself a M180 engine but it has a single row timing chain,
while another M180 I have has a double row chain.
Does anyone know why Mercedes used a single row chain and why a
double one?
