Recently purchased 1985 380SE... tires are totally unacceptable  for
our winter conditions.. any recommendations on where to buy 15" steel
wheels for snow tires for my Sunday Driver?... Doesn't mind buying
seperate lug bolts..

Like the idiot that I am, I broke my radiator drain plug off in my
brand new radiator. What's the best way to get the broken stem out so
I can replace it?

Could anyone tell me whether passenger and driver side ext. door
handles are 107's are interchangeable, or does the driver's side have
something that  controls the vacuum locking mechanism differently.

One more question, I hope I am not repeating it.
When I drive in "W" mode (W displayed on dashboard computer), it seems
that gears change at higher rpm than "S" mode. In "S" mode, the gears
change frequently at lower RPM. Should it not be the opposite?

I don't want to belabor the topic, but in dealing with  the catalytic
converter failure I mentioned in an earlier thread, I just read that
using gas with too high an octane rating can also burn a converter
out.

Should I consider getting rust proofing for c240 (2002) now or is it
too late for this winter? I live in Toronto and roads are all snowy
and salty here.
Should I go to Krown or any other recommendation?

The heater on my year 2000 c200 estate is permanently hot now.
No matter what the settings the heater is on full heat.

Just had my 2005 CLK320 serviced by my local mechanic but he didn't reset
the service reminder which keeps popping up every time the car starts up.
Does anyone know how to reset this?
