What is the normal change out period? I am not sure I have seen it
anywhere in writing. I also own a 1993 Dodge Mini Caravan with 150K
miles and runs fine and have never changed the plugs. MB now has 100K
and suspect it is time to change the plugs as I am picking up a little

I seem to be having a problem with the flow of my diesel fuel. The car
will drive really well and then, sometimes, the car will behave as if
it is starved for fuel. Here is what I can tell thusfar...any ideas?

I own a 1985 W123.133 300D turbo diesel car.  The instrument cluster
shows a film of oil at the bottom where the various indicator lights

While getting to know my engine I have realized
that the previous owner bypassed the switchover
valve coming off of the Alda.
Should I reconnect this?  If so, how can I test

A distant relative has a 1995 SL 600 for sale- 75000 miles-
It has a couple of issues-
1. Front grill is broken
2. V-12 motor has a rattle- I can see the serpentine belt idler is bad, but

I ran across an '82 380SL with 58K miles today.  Asking price is $9300.
It seems low-mileage and pictures show the exterior looks great -
interior is not so great (leather is cracked, carpet looks old, but
dashboard seems fine).

The auxiliary cooling fan on my 1986 300SDL was not coming on so my
mechanic replaced the temperature sensor. It lasted about 2 weeks and
then was not coming on again. I took it back and he said the sensor
was defective and still under warranty so he replaced it again. I

So the other day the glow plug light on the dash of the aforementioned
'85 123 stopped lighting.  The driver asked me to see about replacing
the lamp since the car had started the night before, the first time she

I am trying to replace a broken ignition lock/tumbler, maybe whole
column.
I have a repair manual (Chilton's), but can get the tumbler out of the
lock.

   I finally put my car back together. I was very busy and weather was not
good.
   It emits alot less diesel smell at the tailpipe... no doubt about it.

Sorry folks I have a change of jobs, from auto recycling to Hazardous
Materials Response, better hours, money, etc. So I will not have the
