Setting the clock on a 2004 500SL
I just took my 500SL out of storage and my clock isn't correctly set.
Last year the same happened but it corrected itself by some remote
operation.

We have a wonderful CLK 200 (2005), however the front seats are very
difficult to open to get into the back seats. The lever to open them
does not appaear to relese the catch unless you put all your weight

1996 E300D.  I have some small areas of rust I want to treat - the
spots are at the trailing edge of the front wheel arches and the
leading edges of the rear arches. To do the job properly, I need to
remove the plastic skirting that spans the front to rear arches.  Can

I have a 1989 260E 120k kms that has started to vent fuel from the vent
adjacent to the fuel filling point.  It vents any time it feels like it and
is not dependant on the quantity of fuel in the tank. Can any one please

The central locking on my sister in law's adapted Merc V Class has blown.
Apparently all solenoids and Control Unit. Anyone any knowlege as to whether
it is possible to check control unit?

I'm selling my 1983 300D located in Bryan, TX.  (100 mi NW of Houston, 90 mi
east of Austin).  The transmission is not shifting reliably from 2nd to 3rd.
