Has anyone seen or heard of a stainless tank for van/pickup.  Just taken the
tank off the new acquisition thinking that it was painted silver (thinking
why would someone do that?) to find that it isn't painted, it isn't rusty
and it polishes up.

On Holiday in Dorset this week, I noticed a typical car driving down the

just stripped out my daughters 1993 Cooper 1.3I gearbox after she lost 2nd &

COOL! I recently posted an article (see "what engine is it?"). the engine is
actually a 998 cooper! the pistons are flat with the raised "D" shape and
the number carved on the head is 12G295. the engine code is 99H833R H---.

A few months ago my 1999 mini wouldn't start - the starter motor made a

I vary rarely use the car (once/twice a week on average), and often

I have just got a car with s discs and want to transplant the engine from my
car with later discs.  Is there anything I should look out for.  They are
