I have a problem, have bought a new heater matrix but when trying to replace
the unit the inlet and outlet pipes that attach to the matrix need
replacing. Has anyone got any ideas where to buy them - I've tried all of
the usual place HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

the horn on my 77 mini 1000 is broken, not sure y it dosen't work, can
anyone give me any advice on how to check what's worng, or possable

I have a mini cabrio. But the safetybelts are attached to two points.
Now I want to have safetybelts which are attached to three points
(like modern
cars) because it is much safer.

Hi all,   Just fitted my first mini windscreen....  what a pain... lol
rubber go's on fine, glass fits in rubber fine... but the filler strip!!!!

I've recently seen a mini Mpi airbag and the electrical connector that is
inside the steering wheel.
I noticed that the connector did not appear to have any form of
'reverse-connection' protection. It is a 2-way connector and it looked like

the gas indicator (thing that tells you how much gas you have left) is not
working, I crossed the wires and it goes to full, this indicates that the
gauge  and wireing is working, where do i go from here? Do i take the tank
off and check the float inside? any suggestions would be ...

I know its not unusual for a mini to leak a bit of oil, but its starting
to mark the driveway and i'm getting grief from the missus.
Its a 86 mayfair automatic and the oil is dripping down the drivers side
of the sump, its coming from higher up but cant see where from, nothing is

Currently i am getting a noise coming from the flywheel cover in the
area where the starter and flywheel mesh (listened through a
screwdriver pressed against the cover), the noise is quite loud,
inermittent at bewteen 2000 and 2500rpm and then increases at higher

I have a 1380cc A series with an unknow race-like cam (very cammy at
tickover and little power before 3000 rpm) and standard ratio rockers
which I'm looking to make more suitable for road use (ie. swapping the
