| Cooling Fan 2003 Cooper S | 22 Aug 2005 10:02 GMT | 59 |

| Metro engine swap | 20 Aug 2005 20:21 GMT | 11 |
I have a 1970 automatic Vanden Plas Princess 1300, so it has the 1275cc A-series engine as fitted in some Minis.. Does anyone know if the head from a 1990 MG Metro will fit or, alternatively, if the Metro engine is a straight swap for the original one?

A friend of mine has a Mini I am helping him sell on ebay. The car runs but recently had something go inside the tranny. He bought another tranny to put into it but decided that he'd rather just sell the car. Here's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI ...

| Rolling radius - something to think about or not? | 10 Aug 2005 09:37 GMT | 4 |
Recently I upgraded both the wheels and tyres on my car, and had to go to a 70 profile height instead of 80, because I was worried about the rolling radius being different to original. Would this actually have been a problem, because next time I might fit the higher profile in ...
