I need to fit a new exhaust to our British Open Classic, and I want to keep the standard manifold, but remove the cat. I found an RC40 kit on ebay...please can anyone tell me what extra bits I will need to delete the cat?

Can anyone give me a clue how the above goes together / works please? I stripped the car about 4 years ago (I know...) and boxed everything. I even took pictures of most things - but not the underside of the slam panel.

Hiya Is there anyone out there at the moment that still does one if these? I know the ones that fitted in the standard box were not such a good idea, but I thought Jack knight did a different casing?

Any tips on removing the side windows of the non opening type ? At the moment I have the idea of washing up liquid and a small screwdriver but thought I'd ask here incase anyone has any better ideas. I take it to get them back in is the piece of string around the seal and

Hey I found a cheap little injector for a water injection system, Try a 0.5mm mig welder tip most have a M5 thread so you can drill them into your manifold and tap them with no problems and they are easily available!

Has anyone had problems MOTing their minis with grp frontends on? I have a solid mounted subframe but have been told by two mot testers so far that it is dangerous because the front of the sub frame isnt supported properly, they don't seem to realise that the subframe

Help - one of the little spring hinges on my 1990 Mini mayfair's opening rear window has worn/rusted thru. Can anyone help - where could I get a replacement window? Or fix it somehow? I am in Manchester UK...

Help!! My reverse lights aren't working. The switch works, the bulbs are ok, but there is no power at the switch. Can anybody tell me where the feed comes from to the switch on the gear change mechanism?

It may be worth filling up your tank now, there may be fuel blockades in the uk next week, I have just been to get some petrol here in Liverpool & the panic buying has already started, I saw one guy with jerry cans in his boot to, fill up now & avoid a possible rush!

well back on the road but now got probl;em with indicators. lhs front doesnt light but bulb fine.,also side and rear lhs do flash but at a fast speed ,rhs functions fine and when i switch my hazards on all is good apart from the front lhs is still off but rest flash at normal speed ...
