Cigarette lighter etc.30 Dec 2005 10:27 GMT7
Has anyone added a cigarette lighter type thingy to a '97 Mpi before.
Some of my older cars had one bolted onto the side of the heater box, but I
dont really want to do that in my new one.
Neither do I really want to drill a big hole in my nice wood dash.

garaged for the past 3 years whilst I've been living overseas.  She's in

drum brakes not releasing25 Dec 2005 08:06 GMT6
~As a few of you will remember, i am putting a 1981 X reg mini pickup back on the road, that has been stood for 8 years.  I have just blead the brakes, and the rears work perfectly.   The fronts lock as the wheel is spun and the brake pedal is pressed, but then do not release.  ...
What Cam ?23 Dec 2005 16:40 GMT22
I am making some small changes to a MG 1300 engine,
can anyone suggest a fast road cam that would give better torque, without
sacrificing the idle speed to much,
Thanks

The new Mini Cooper and Cooper S are currently BMW’s smallest
offering, and thus also the smallest car mass-produced for sale in the
American market. The New Mini Cooper is both safer and larger than the
previous model. Both Cooper and Cooper S are both 18 inches longer and

rear shocks -difficult?18 Dec 2005 19:49 GMT5
Just wondered if the rear shocks are a bitch to change. was thinking of
upgrading the ones fitted as I think they on the way out but I sure I read
somewhere that you have to take the fuel tank out to get at the back  ones.
Could that be right? any advice appreciated as always!!
