My mini has a problem with its clutch, the pedal wont move, just stuck in
its starting position, however the car does go into gear easily, so i
believe the clutch is engaged however cant diss-engage because the pedal
dosnt move, ive been advised that it cud be a simple fix, cud be a ...

Yeh thanks, it confirms what i thought.  I used to have a mk1 escort (many
years ago) and once had a similar problem, they have the wipers on the same
fuse as the fuel / temp gauge.

Yesterday the rev counter on our mini stopped working.  I thought this was
another problem with the 3 clock pod I fitted about 3 months ago because
last week the light for the fuel/temp gauges stopped working (checked bulb,
it was ok) then just started working again, its been ok ...

i have no "fixings" for the battery, just wondered does it have a clamp
usually, or does the drivers seat just butt up to it and "secure" it - will
this pass an MOT or will i have to fabricate some sort of metal strap?
-Ps -i have the plastic tray that the battery sits on.

On the brake master cylinder with the large (12mm) and small (10mm)
union outlets (yellow band) can anyone tell me which should feed the
front brakes and which should feed the rears please?

Hi, i have recently brought my first mini, a 1994 Mini Sprite on 12"
minilites, but i have a problem, when i am doing 30mph, the speedo says

The other day I was assessing the operation of the heater fan in my
wifes mini (K reg 1.3 automatic). It would seem to have two modes of
operation, off or very noisey. Sadly, the fan doesn't seem to push air
