My A/C stopped working, now when I turn it on I hear this noise from the A/C Compressor. Last year I had the system converted to R134 from R12. How do I make sure it's the compressor? If it is the compressor can I change it myself....well then I will end up having the system ...

I have a 91 Mitsubishi Eclipse,there is no fuel getting to the engine. The fuel pump was not working,so I ran a hot wire to it. The pump runs now and there is fuel coming from the filter,so it is not the filter.Could there be no power to the pump&injection? I replaced the fuel ...

Here it is, Jumped off montero drove great for 5 min, quit running. Cheked for spark and nothing coming from coil,assumed bad replaced. Still no fire replaced ECM still no fire from coil. Have power to coil but no fire goning to distributer. PLEASE HELP

1.8 L front wheel drive. Just failed annual inspection for tieron and ball joint. I can replace the tie rod but question about the ball joint. Haynes manual says the ball joint is not replaceable - have to change the whole control

I recently acquired a 1990 Mirage hatchback (uncle passed away, was his car). It has 70,000 miles. I am not sure of the service history. All I know is, it was last driven one month ago and the person who drove it said it was running rough.

I was trying to change the rear pads on my neighbors 92 galant and couldnt get the calipers to swing up enough to get the pads out. Do I have to loosen the e-brake cable from all its connections? seems like it should be easier than this?
