there is an after market alarm on my car i think this could be the problem.
The car won't start,
when you turn the key you can hear a single click. I tried to jump it but
it didn't work. i think the alarm is somehow stuck on it won't let me arm

A question for the experts.  When i place the vehicle into drive or
reverse, it will not move.  The engines starts fine and all the electrical
components work.  When you press the gas in drive or reverse, the vehicle
just sits there.  Does anyone have any possible symptoms?

I have original service manual from Mitsubishi which says to remove
drive shaft from the hub for brake pads replacement.
Anybody did this ?
Why is this required for such simple maintanance ?
