Has anyone ever heard of the computer port not communicating on a 2001
Galant. I took my car for inspection today and they failed it because
the computer was not able communicate with their system. Is there a way
to check this?

I have a '97 Eclipse GS, 100,000 miles. It has been a good car with no
major problems.Timing belt has been replaced. But now the engine whine
when I accelerate, any ideas?

My Daughter has a 96 geo metro, on her way home from college it leaked what
appears to be 90# oil down the steering column and on to her boots. We tore

My check engine idiot light keeps coming on - code as checked from Autozone
says EGR valve flow issue....   I took out the valve, cleaned it off...
checked the valve operation.. seems to be working okay..
Any ideas?... it comes and goes...  went for about 2 weeks in the working

have just installed new cylinder heads (old ones cracked) on my 1990 3.0
montero. the new  gaskets seem to be graphite. at least they are the color
of graphite. can anyone advise on issue of if they need to be retorqued
after initial installation? am getting several different ...

I have a 1998 Montero Sport. It will not keep a idle and dies. I can keep it
running by keeping my foot on it at about 1000 rpms. Any ideas???
